Job Summary
A Service Centre Manager to be posted at ERIKS’S Customer Location (called onsite location) in Tuas, Singapore. He/She will be responsible managing the MRO Stores, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain as per the agreed KPIs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the MRO operations at site (Buying, sourcing, stores and inventory management)
- Achieve agreed KPIs (Safety, compliance, Stores management, sales and business developments)
- Deliver customer’s contractual commitments, including Price and Engineering Benefit Savings, Inventory Reduction, and Logistical Cost Reduction
- Identify, implement, and manage consigned stocks within contractual commitments
- Provide ERIKS and customer’s management teams, with required reports, Key Performance Indicators, and feedback to contribute to the effective planning, budgeting, and performance management, within agreed timeframes
- Utilize established preferred sources of supply where possible and where supply chain agreements are not in place, develop supplier relationships that deliver minimized costs within agreed service level commitments
- Responsible for their own, their staff, and visitor’s health and safety within their operation, for the promotion of health and safety in line with ERIKS and their Customer’s Health and Safety policies and procedures. Managers are responsible for reporting all cases of non-conformance
- Ensure Ethics & compliance with all the company’s applicable management systems policies and procedures
- Ensure that reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives and that they are developed and motivated to achieve the required standards of performance

Pre-requisites:
The ideal candidate shall be able to thrive in a very demanding work environment, have a goal-getter mindset, pay attention to details, and ensure to fulfill all agreed KPIs.
In addition, the candidate shall possess the following:
- Possess at least a Degree in Operation, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
(but good relevant job experience will be considered, especially business development skills) - Managing Team, coordinating with external stakeholders (Suppliers/Vendors/customers)
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience, especially in warehouse inventory and operations management.
- Experience in business development or management experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial consumables / MRO market and products and their applications will be an added advantage.
- Proficient user of Windows-based programs.
- Experience in fully integrated systems(ERP) based on sales order processing and stock management systems such as SAP systems.
